‘WE ARE KLOUD’
GENERATIVE NFT COLLECTION
The “WE ARE KLOUD” collection presented a unique challenge. Create 5,000 completely unique NFTs that were not just static images like most collections, but animated videos, which were also synced to custom audio for each NFT. The entire collection was created in only 2 months using a combination of video layering techniques. Each visual trait corresponded to an audio trait for the NFT - for example, the LED animations on the helmets perfectly matched one of 40 different basslines. As a visual team of only 1 person, the creation and QA of these assets was incredibly challenging but ultimately even more rewarding.
Despite technical issues on the day of launch that caused the mint to pause for 2 hours, the entire 5,000 NFT collection sold out in only a few hours, resulting in over 7 figures of revenue generated for the project.
GENESIS 1/1
The GENESIS NFT was a special 1/1 edition auctioned off separately. This edition featured a unique design of KLOUD without a helmet, alongside custom audio and backgrounds.
